Having been in the comedy club business for 33 years, I thought I have seen everyone who can make me laugh. Then, along comes Keith Alberstadt. Wow! He hit it out of the park every show. His writing and professionalism were second to none. And the audiences loved him. I look forward to having Keith back time and time again in the years to come. He’s become one of my top ten favorite comedians.

Keith Alberstadt has traveled the globe with Comics On Duty for more than a decade – entertaining thousands of men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces from the front lines to the base clubs and theaters. On stage and off, Keith is one of my favorite comedians of all time. He is extremely funny, humble, honest and a fantastic human being. There are few comics today that would rank as high on my charts as Keith Alberstadt!

We have been hosting comedians for years at our charity event…Keith’s comedy is on another level. Everyone expected to get in a few laughs…but nobody expected the comedy that was Keith Alberstadt! No one wanted his performance to end. He definitely will be invited back to entertain us again! Keith Alberstadt is a MUST-HAVE!

We’ve had a number of comedians make their way through Hattiesburg for our event, but Keith has been one of the true highlights for us. His ability to connect with our audience and leave the entire theater entertained was remarkable. He’s a terrific person to work with, a consummate professional, and an incredibly talented performer. We booked Keith a year in advance given his national reputation and heavy tour schedule. I was familiar with his humor – clean, wicked smart, uniquely observational – so I knew he was funny. What’s always the wild card, though, in booking entertainment is professionalism, commitment and attitude. Keith knocked all three out of the park. It was a joy to work with him and our audience was thrilled. I’m still laughing!

One of the hardest things to find as a talent buyer is an act that constantly surprises and amuses you. For standup comedy, that act for our venue is Keith Alberstadt. Keith is a genius. His comedy is PG-13, which is the toughest kind of humor to consistently pull off, and the crowds adore him for it. His winning goofball personality radiates onstage, and he can deliver a strong, tight set whether that set is 20 minutes, 35 minutes, or an hour. Plus he is just a delight to work with backstage – and fun to hang with before or after the show. We not only look forward to having Keith back for a third time, it’s one of the things the staff puts at the top of their wish lists.

I watched his show and thought ‘Wow, this guy is really funny and is gonna leap frog the pack.’ I’ve seen 5 comedians total in the last 14 years that I’ve thought that about and put my word on. Three now have their own Comedy Central specials. He’s funny, and it’s a smart funny. And, I’ve hung out with him and he seems reasonably sane— to be clever and not nuts seems to be rare. On a personal note, it takes a real man to drive a Saturn.

The moment he stepped onstage, the audience knew they were seeing something special. Me, too. … If you like a clean show, you’ll love him. If you prefer something a little raunchier, you’ll still love him. He’s just that good.

GREAT job on Colbert!!! I rewound four times to watch your set. Sure, I was laughing throughout and missed a word here and there. But mostly I just wanted to hear it again … and again … and again. You are hilarious!!

Keith Alberstadt is a comedic force to be reckoned with. He’s the most brilliant stand-up comic I’ve ever seen live.
